Where can I get tickets?
Tickets are available at Ticketfly.com, Rotate This(Toronto)Soundscapes(Toronto) & Dr.Disc (Hamilton)

Tickets will also be available at the Box Office day of show.  The box office opens at 2:30 PM.  We will be accepting cash and credit.

What's included in the VIP Ticket?
The VIP ticket gives you access to an exclusive area at the side of the concert grounds right up to the front of stage barricade.  The VIP section has two private bars, premium air conditioned washrooms, free water(please bring your own refillable containers), a dedicated shaded area, a small dedicated seated area, and access to an ATM in the VIP. 

The VIP area also offers shorter line access to amenities(washrooms, bars, free water, ATMS) that are also found in the General Admission area.  You are encouraged to lay out your blankets in the VIP area, and there will be a designated area by the back of the fence for those who bring folding chairs.  

*All VIP ticket holders must redeem a VIP wristband from the box office on June 22nd before entering the Pier 8 grounds.    You will need a VIP wristband in order to enter/exit the VIP Section.

If I purchased a GA ticket can I upgrade to a VIP ticket?
Yes, we will be selling VIP upgrades at the box office.  Upgrades are $65, cash only.  VIP upgrades are subject to capacity.

Do kids need a ticket?
This event is All Ages.  When accompanied by an adult kids 10 and younger do not need a ticket.   There is a maximum of 2 children per one adult ticket in the GA and VIP area.

What are the set times?
Gates open: 2:30PM. 
Hannah Georgas - 3:30PM
Jennifer Castle - 4:45PM
Hayden - 6:15PM
Alvvays - 7:45PM
The National - 9:30PM

What time is the show over?
The show will end by 11:30PM

Will you have food and alcohol on site?
Yes, we will have a variety of local food truck vendors on site, a free water refill station and a few bars. Please note - all bars are cash only.   We will have ATMs on site.

Please note that the venue is a no smoking facility.

What if it rains?
The show goes on rain or shine!

Can I leave the concert and come back?
No, there is no exit and re-entry once you enter the concert grounds.

** Hey parents! Collective Concerts & Supercrawl are making an exception for parents who want to leave the site to drop their kids off at home. On your way out to drop off your kids, please speak with security and they will assist you with more information on re-entry.

Can I bring a blanket or small folding chair?
Yes, folding chairs can only be set up in the furthest back area of the concert site, closest to the food and washrooms, so not to impede patron walking lanes, be an hindrance in case of an emergency, and not be in the front or middle of the standing/sitting general admission   

What can I bring to the concert?
DO BRING:
- An empty refillable water bottle
- Cash
- Suntan lotion
- Small umbrellas
- Beach towels and blankets
- Small backpacks and purses
- Baby strollers

DON'T BRING:
- Knives, or weapons of any kind
- Glass of any kind
- Alcoholic beverages
- Coolers
- Any outside drinks
- Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
- Please note that the venue is a no smoking facility.
- Small folding chairs (only allowed in designated areas)
- Large folding chairs
- Large bags or backpacks 
- Large umbrellas
- Fireworks
- Any animals other than service animals
- Professional DSLRs with detachable lenses or professional video equipment
- Drones
- Frisbee's, balloons, balls, or other projectiles
- Bikes, skateboards, scooters, motorized vehicles (Bike rack parking available by the box office)

Is there an accessible section for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have a designated section beside the sound board.  This area is restricted for people with accessible needs and their companion.  This area also has an accessible washroom.  The VIP section also has an accessible washroom.

Water on Site:
There will be a free water station near the front entrance.  Please bring empty refillable water bottle containers.  Bottled water will also be available for sale at each bar.

Where is Pier 8?
Pier 8 is in downtown Hamilton by the Hamilton Harbour. 

Pier 8 is located at 47 Discovery Drive, Hamilton, ON, at the northern end of James Street

We strongly recommend accessing the venue via public transit, bicycle or on foot.  

GETTING TO PIER 8

LOCAL TRANSIT
-One bus route serves the neighbourhood on weekends: 4 Bayfront, which stops three blocks south of Pier 8
-Closest stop to the south is at James St. N. & Wood, which is an 8-minute walk from Pier 8
-4 Bayfront bus runs once every 20 minutes from 9am to 5pm, and every 30 min 5pm to 12am
       -Cash fare is $3, Presto is cheaper
       -Hamilton GO Centre(James St. S. & Hughson) is a 35-minute walk from Pier 8

REGIONAL/INTERCITY TRANSIT
-GO Buses run frequently between Union Station Bus Terminal and Hamilton GO Centre. GO Buses also run from York University and Square One Bus Terminal to the Hamilton GO Centre. 
-Hamilton GO Centre hosts four eastbound routes to various GTA destinations:
-Hamilton-Toronto Express 
-Aldershot GO Train Connect 
-407 West Bus
-Pearson Express 

There is no GO Train service into or out of Hamilton on weekends, but visitors can transfer via GO bus at Aldershot GO. 
Lakeshore West bus service connects Aldershot GO and Hamilton GO Centre, providing access to Lakeshore West GO Train service as well as connections for VIA Rail and Amtrak

A limited supply of cash-only paid parking is available within walking distance of Pier 8 on a first-come, first-served basis
